• Oversee the operations of all construction projects ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Ensure that all work performed complies with plans specifications local codes and scope of work requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for each project including photos contracts change orders and more.
• Collaborate with superintendents to conduct end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs ensuring effective project management.
• Lead by example promoting a culture of safety quality and efficiency within the construction team.
• Foster strong client relationships and uphold client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Xactimate estimating software experience is required
• Proven experience in construction management demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations codes and best practices.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the restoration and construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
