WPI Data Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to support vehicle launch activities in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This role will coordinate launch data timing plans KPIs readiness metrics and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain vehicle launch timing plans milestones and program tracking systems.
  
• Track and report KPIs readiness metrics glide paths and Plan-vs-Actual performance.
  
• Collect validate analyze and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
  
• Identify risks gaps schedule variances and recovery opportunities.
  
• Develop executive-level dashboards reports scorecards and presentations.
  
• Coordinate WPI processes meetings reviews documentation and stakeholder actions.
  
• Support pilot builds production readiness launch events and resource planning.
  
• Drive reporting automation process improvements and Lean initiatives.
  

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business Operations Data Analytics or related field.
  
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards/data visualization.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  

• 2 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
  
• Experience with vehicle launches production startup or launch readiness.
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean Manufacturing.
  
• Experience summarizing complex data for leadership.
