Location : Fort Defiance AZ 86504
Project Duration: 13 weeks
Pay range: $56-$60/hr based on experience W2 with limited benefits
Shift : Days M-F 8-5 no holidays or weekends
Job Description:
Ability to assess plan and implement care to patients with ostomies draining wounds fistulas pressure ulcers acute and/or chronic wounds by providing comprehensive care and teaching to patients and their families/significant others regarding the evaluation selection and recommendation of supplies and equipment in order to provide optimal wound and ostomy care.

- Mandatory Wound Care Certification With Minimum 3-Years Experience **
- American Heart Association BLS ACLS (preferred)
