Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using Agentic AI AWS Specialist Solutions Architects(SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. As part of the AWS sales organization SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable flexible and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. This might involve guiding customers as they refactor an application or designing entirely new cloud-based systems using AWS Agentic AI services such as Amazon Quick. Key job responsibilities
Roles/Responsibilities
Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers largest and most critical business challenges.
Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs whitepapers reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit AWS re: Invent etc.
Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts solutions and initiatives.
Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.

- 3 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 3 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI assistants
- 3 years of experience in end to end technical architecture design deployment and operations for Generative AI/ML platforms and applications
- Proficient with design deployment and evaluation of LLM-powered agents and tools and orchestration approaches.

- Experience working with end user or developer communities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
