About the Role
The Workplace Experience Manager will serve as the face of the office and will be responsible for creating a best-in-class environment for employees executives candidates investors and guests. This highly visible role will oversee daily workplace operations office programming vendor management events and facilities coordination while continuously elevating the overall employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who approaches workplace management with a hospitality-first mindset and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of workplace experience and office operations for the San Francisco headquarters
- Create a welcoming polished and highly functional office environment that reflects the companys culture and brand
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees executives visitors and external partners
- Manage vendor relationships including facilities catering maintenance security office services and building management
- Plan and execute employee events team gatherings leadership meetings offsites and special programs
- Oversee workplace budgets purchasing inventory management and operational expenses
- Continuously evaluate and improve workplace services amenities and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with People Operations Recruiting IT and Executive teams to support organizational needs
- Coordinate office moves space planning projects and workplace growth initiatives as the company scales
- Develop processes and standards that ensure a consistent high-quality workplace experience
- 5 years of experience in workplace experience office management hospitality operations or related functions
- Experience within venture capital AI/technology companies or luxury hospitality environments strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service mindset with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong vendor management event planning and operational leadership experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Positive resourceful and service-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
