Workplace Design Data and Systems (Operations) Program Manager

We develop and manage Apples global real estate portfolio lead all related capital construction projects provide outstanding facilities and site services develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities including commute and renewable energy programs and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel facilities and customers in our facilities around the Workplace Design Team designs human-centered spaces and experiences that reflect Apples brand and values in the built environment inspiring and empowering employees to do their best are seeking a highly experienced results oriented Data and Systems Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of strong data management and visualizations across the team. Thisnrole also includes project management for the Innovation and Standards team focused on building systems and components.

As a Data and Systems Program Manager you will manage maintain and continuously improve our data management processes and related documentation. You will define project requirements manage the project lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders across Workplace Design and with cross-functional partners. nnYou will ensure the successful delivery of insightful actionable data visualizations that improve decision making across the ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI Wrike Tableau data management principles and project management methodologies.

Manage team financial reporting and support the PR/PO process to ensure compliancenCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand and develop solutions for their project and program management needs and reporting requirementsnDocument detailed business requirements for dashboards and future integrations including data sources metrics KPIs and desired visualizationsnDevelop thoughtful data visualizations and reporting based on the evolving needs of the teamnCreate and maintain data dictionaries and documentation for all dashboards and data sourcesnDevelop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integritynWork with AI Wrike and Tableau APIs and other integration tools extensivelynGather feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting capabilitiesnProvide training and support to end users on the new dashboards and data visualizationsnSupport the development and implementation of new technology tools across Workplace DesignnManage schedules scope and milestones for Innovation and Standards initiatives in building systems and componentsnTrack status risks budgets and deliverables and report progress

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data and Systems Program Manager or similar rolenExperience managing projects in architectural building systems and components or programs

Extensive experience with data visualization principles and best practices including financial data managementnStrong understanding of project and data management principles including data governance data quality and data securitynProven track record of successfully implementing AI into workflows with direct Wrike and Tableau integrationsnExpert-level proficiency in Wrike including custom fields workflows reporting and API integrationsn Excellent communication and presentation skillsnExcellent planning analytical organizational problem-solving and reporting skillsnThinks critically and creatively about how to improve processes and operationsn Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and complex workflows
