• Supervise schedule and lead a production team on an active manufacturing floor.
• Set the workplace pace and quality metrics by working directly alongside your crew.
• Ensure strict quality control and compliance across all finished components.
• Coach motivate and train team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Arrive 30 minutes early daily to coordinate lines check tooling and prep workflows.

• Pay Rate:$26.50 / hour performance-based production bonuses.
• Schedule: Monday Thursday (4/10s) Overtime on Fridays/Saturdays required as production dictates.
• Location: Olympia WA.

• Previous supervisor or foreman experience in a manufacturing or construction environment required.
• Hands-on comfort utilizing standard hand tools power tools and assembly gear.
• Strong communication organizational tracking and accountability habits.
• Highly dependable proactive mindset with a focus on strict shop safety rules.
