Job Summary
Workforce Analytics Analystin GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
- Generate advanced ad-hoc and production reports metrics and analytics .
- Discover and explore patterns and trends .
- Collaborate with customers to create standardized enterprise reporting libraries and dashboards .
- Ensure stakeholders are trained and current in report libraries and end user reporting tools .
- Work with internal stakeholders on data reconciliation .
- Develop new and/or enhanced metrics and reporting methods and documentation .
- Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce production time on reports metrics and dashboards .
- Support preparation and validation of data for onboarding into enterprise workforce analytics tool .
- Coordinate the design and development of training materials required. to educate the HR departments and organization staff on system access navigation and utilization for the Workforce Analytics and Planning tools. Assist in delivery of training. .
- Advanced Excel skills: comfort with lookups and logical/aggregation formulas; cleaning parsing and filtering data; creating and formatting charts and visualizations to arrive at clean presentable reports.
- Database skills: able to write queries and join datasets in relational databases; filter parse and clean data using basic functions.
