Description

The annual base salary range for this position is <$70000 - $88250>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.

In this role you will impact the effectiveness and productivity of internal service center operations by streamlining workflows reducing bottlenecks and enabling faster response times to business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design develop and maintain workflow processes within ISC systems to support business functions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations and business stakeholders to ensure workflow alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workflow-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
  • Document workflow configurations changes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and compliance.


Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in designing and managing complex workflow systems within internal service centers or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation tools and platforms with the ability to configure and optimize processes effectively.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting workflow issues and implementing timely resolutions to maintain system performance.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies to ensure seamless data flow across multiple systems.
  • Experience documenting technical processes and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in workflow management process automation or related technical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of ISC systems and internal service center operations is a plus.
