Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Workers Compensation Specialist you will assist in supporting injured employees and ensuring efficient operations.

Every day you will liaison between the third-party administrator and injured employees managing modified duty placement. You may also coordinate transitional duty and ADAAA accommodations.

To be successful you will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to employee well-being and program compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or five (5) years of experience in Workers Compensation Human Resources or related field in lieu of the degree
  • Familiar with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prepare and present presentations
  • Critical analysis skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of workers compensation
