A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday Extend Consultant.
Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension.
Location: Minneapolis. MN/ Charlotte NC 3 days onsite/ 2 day remote
Overview: Client is seeking an experienced Workday Extend Consultant with expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday Extend to join a high-performing HR Information Technology (HRIT) team. This role will play a key part in delivering innovative compensation solutions supporting critical U.S. and global compensation programs.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Workday technical expert who can leverage Advanced Compensation capabilities Workday Extend integrations and reporting technologies to solve complex business challenges. This position offers the opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders product teams and engineering partners in an Agile environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $69- $74 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.

- Design develop and support Workday Compensation solutions and enhancements.
- Build custom applications and technical solutions using Workday Extend.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations utilizing Studio EIBs and Core Connectors.
- Create and manage Advanced Reports Report Writer reports and BIRT reports.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning estimation and Agile delivery activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Compensation processes.
- Collaborate with HR Compensation Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Support annual compensation planning and year-end compensation cycles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Workday Advanced Compensation development experience.
- Workday development and integration experience.
- Experience with:
- Workday Studio
- EIBs
- Core Connectors
- Advanced Reporting
- Report Writer
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions within Workday.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
