Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
This student position will be focused on aspects of customer service within the Registrars office up to 15 hours per week. DUTIES Receive and route inbound calls. Make outbound calls as directed. Answer emails as needed. Attend to front lobby of the Registrars Office as needed Scan documents into Perceptive imaging. Ensure excellent customer service. Assist in routine data entry and general quality control Assist with office supply inventory as needed. Non-essential: Other duties as assigned. Security Sensitive: This position is classified as Security-Sensitive and is thereby subject to the provisions of Texas Education Code 51.215 and Texas Government Code 411.094 which authorize employers to obtain and review criminal history record information for applicants. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice sate work habits at all times. Any qualifications to be considered in lieu of stated minimums require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director and the President.
