Work From Home Travel Logistics Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Work From Home Travel Logistics Specialist to help coordinate and organize travel-related details for clients.

In this role you will assist with researching options organizing transportation and accommodation information tracking reservation details reviewing confirmations and helping ensure each part of a clients trip is properly coordinated. You may also support itinerary updates schedule changes activity planning and general client communication throughout the planning process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization problem-solving research and keeping multiple moving parts on track.

This is a fully remote role. Previous travel industry experience is not required and training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research transportation accommodation activities and destination options

• Organize confirmations booking information and itinerary components
  
• Review travel details for accuracy and completeness
  
• Track important dates deadlines and pending reservations
  
• Assist with schedule changes updates and special requests

• Help organize transportation times check-in information activities and accommodation
  
• Maintain accurate client records and planning notes
  
• Learn and use online booking systems supplier platforms and planning tools
  
• Support clients throughout the planning process with clear and professional communication
