Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an organized detail-oriented Work From Home Itinerary Coordinator to assist with planning organizing and maintaining travel details for clients.

In this role you will help coordinate accommodation transportation activities reservations and important trip information into clear organized itineraries. You will also assist with client communication confirmations updates and changes to help ensure each trip stays organized from planning through departure.

This fully remote role is a good fit for someone who enjoys research organization customer service and keeping multiple details on track.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Organize travel details into clear and accurate client itineraries
  • Coordinate accommodation transportation activities cruises and reservation information
  • Review confirmations and booking details for accuracy
  • Communicate with clients regarding schedules updates and important trip information
  • Assist with researching destinations accommodation transportation and activities
  • Track reservation deadlines confirmation numbers and important dates
  • Make updates to itineraries when changes occur
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation
  • Follow up on missing information pending requests and confirmations
  • Assist clients with general itinerary and reservation-related questions
  • Learn and use online booking systems supplier platforms and planning tools


Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet access and access to a computer or laptop
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple itineraries deadlines and client requests
  • Basic computer email and online research skills
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable learning new software and online systems
  • Professional dependable and responsive
  • Previous experience in customer service scheduling administration hospitality or travel is helpful but not required
