Help Build Electrical Systems That Keep Critical Facilities Running

As a Wiring Assembler you will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of electrical systems used in data centers healthcare facilities utilities and industrial operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with electrical diagrams wiring systems and technical assembly processes.

Position Overview

As a Wiring Assembler you will install route secure and terminate electrical wiring and components according to engineering drawings electrical schematics and manufacturing instructions.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet electrical safety and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
• Route and secure wiring in accordance with engineering specifications
• Perform point-to-point wiring activities
• Cut strip label crimp and terminate wires and cables
• Mount electrical components panels and devices
• Assist with electrical component installation and final assembly
• Verify wiring accuracy and workmanship against drawings
• Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Support safety quality and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience using hand tools and wire-processing tools
• Ability to perform wire routing wire labeling crimping and termination
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 25-35 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Two or more years of electrical assembly experience
• Experience performing point-to-point wiring
• Experience building electrical control panels or switchgear
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment
• Technical certifications or trade school training

Shift: Mon-Thur/Tues-Fri 5:45AM-4:15PM

Pay: $23/hr and up
