Job Summary

Wing Supervisor

The Wing Supervisor provides leadership and support to staff while helping ensure residents receive quality services. This role works closely with staff and residents supports training and development promotes a positive team environment and helps ensure services are delivered in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.

Starting Wage: $19.00/hr with $2 shift differential for second shift

Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm Sunday-Thursday

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect*
  • Supervising coaching and supporting direct care staff*
  • Providing staff training and promoting employee development*
  • Collaborating with residents and staff to support resident goals and quality services*
  • Ensuring compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements*
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One year supervisory experience and experience in the field of developmental disabilities
  • Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
