• The Face of Resolution: When a customer is upset or a project hits a snag you are the one who steps in. Youll use your product knowledge and people skills to turn headaches into five-star reviews.
• Bridge the Gap: Youll work closely with the General Manager and office staff to ensure the field knows what the office is doingand vice versa.
