• Complete service and warranty repairs on windows and doors.
• Diagnose and resolve installation or product-related issues.
• Perform occasional window and door installations when repairs require.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Represent Window World with professionalism courtesy and attention to detail.
• Document completed work and communicate service findings with the office.

• Previous window and door service or installation experience is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Friendly professional communication with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• $25.00$32.00 per hour depending on experience.
