Window Cleaner Full Time

• Cleaning windows screens and tracks at residential and small commercial properties
• Most work is ground-level; occasional ladder use which well fully train you on
• Travel to job sites in a company vehicle
• Interacting with customers and wrapping up each job with a clean finished result

• Starting at $16/hour during your roughly 2-week training period
• Moves to performance-based pay after that most techs land $1822/hour
• Experienced team members earn $25/hour
• Paid every two weeks

• Full-time Monday through Friday about 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• No evenings no weekends ever
• We work in most weather conditions and will always give you a heads-up on what to expect

• Valid drivers license with a clean-ish driving record
• Willing to work on a ladder occasionally
• Able to lift roughly 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable and punctual
• 18 years or older

We are looking for courteous self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
