Our Wi-Fi Quality Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Youll take an active role in shaping the quality of our software. This will demand deep integration with our development engineers creating test plans bug reporting and triaging identifying automation opportunities and working on developing/maintaining AI based Automation framework/solutions and supporting design reviews. Youll help us identify holes in coverage actively sync with multi-functional teams to reduce duplication foster better testing and resist regressions to deliver high-quality releases. You will join a dynamic team responsible for qualifying the CoEx features on Apples innovative devices.

Design execute and maintain thorough test plans for 802.11 Wi-Fi Bluetooth 802.15 Thread and Ultra Wideband (UWB) technologiesnDevelop and execute CoEx test plans covering concurrent Wi-Fi Bluetooth use cases including A2DP HFP/eSCO BLE AirPods Apple Watch and other accessoriesnValidate 2.4 GHz and 5/6 GHz Wi-Fi performance under Bluetooth coexistence scenarios including throughput latency packet loss range and connection stabilitynPerform Range vs. Rate (RvR) OTA mobility and performance testing on iPhone/iPad across different APs channels bandwidths MLO configurations and RF conditionsnAnalyze Wi-Fi/BT/RF/system logs and work cross-functionally with FW driver Bluetooth and system teams to isolate and resolve CoEx issuesnDevelop and maintain automated CoEx test suites for Pre-Sub/ATP including automated traffic generation Bluetooth connection setup Wi-Fi configuration performance measurement and result analysisnIntegrate CoEx automation into CI/Jenkins pipelines to enable continuous regression testing and reduce manual executionnDefine CoEx KPIs and regression criteria for new iOS releases and track performance across software builds

You have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experiencenYou have 3 years of experience in Wi-Fi Bluetooth wireless networking mobile platforms or wireless validation/testingnYou have experience with Python or another scripting language for test automation and data analysisnYou have a strong understanding of 802.11 Wi-Fi fundamentals including 2.4 GHz 5 GHz 6 GHz channel/bandwidth configuration throughput latency packet loss and roamingnYou have hands-on experience testing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth coexistence including concurrent Wi-Fi Bluetooth traffic and performance scenariosnYou have experience with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth log analysis and debugging with the ability to isolate issues across software firmware driver and RF layersnStrong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document reproduction steps logs performance data and root-cause findingsnYou have experience with AI and real world problem solving
