Job Summary


Location: Brandywine Living at Upper Providence

Employment Type: Part- Time 

Pay Range:$21.00 Per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

 

 

Job Overview Assists the Health and Wellness Director with the daily operations of the Wellness Department by providing administrative duties including but not limited to staffing scheduling (community specific) update service plans as needed (community specific) phone call assistance scheduling appointments ordering supplies filing and other duties as assigned Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain the safety comfort dignity and confidentiality of all residents staff and families.

Coordinates interviews and orientation for new team members.

Ensures all assigned residents are clean neatly dressed groomed safe and fed during assigned shifts.

Documents and updates the EHR as directed and under the supervision of the HWD. Appropriately utilizes and keeps electronic documentation devices safe and secure within the community.

Participates in and attends all in-service training(s) as scheduled.

Ensures compliance with all Federal State and local regulations as well as commu nity policies and procedures.

Perform and oversee staffing scheduling (state specific) and staffing for the Wellness Department.

Assists with communication via telephone facsimile and/or email with families physicians third party vendors and/or staff.

Schedules appointments for residents as directed from the nursing staff.

On call as required for staffing needs Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.  At least 1 year resident care experience required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
  • Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population preferred dementia experience
