What Youll Do

As a Well-Being Coordinator youll play a vital role in helping residents thrive by creating opportunities for connection engagement and joy. Working primarily within our memory support household you will:

• Design and lead meaningful lifestyle and wellness programs
• Inspire residents to discover purpose passion and enjoyment in daily life
• Build relationships with residents families volunteers and team members
• Create engaging events activities and experiences that support physical emotional social and spiritual well-being
• Bring creativity energy and compassion to every interaction
• Co-lead a community Alzheimers Support Group

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in one of the following areas or a related field:

• Family & Consumer Studies
• Psychology
• Human Development & Learning
• Leisure Management
• Sociology

Equivalent experience working with older adults recreation programming wellness or activity coordination may also be considered.
