Job Description

NECIC Staffing is hiring Welders and Fitters for a wire products manufacturer in North Royalton Ohio. This facility produces industrial wire goods including filter bag cages and wire frames and theyre looking for candidates who can weld accurately follow specs and keep up with a consistent production pace on a 4-day schedule.

On-the-job training available for candidates with foundational welding skills who want to develop in a wire manufacturing environment.

**What Youll Do**

- Assemble and weld wire products frames and components to specification

- Set up and operate welding equipment on a production line

- Read and follow work orders and welding specifications

- Inspect finished welds for quality and dimensional accuracy

- Maintain a clean and safe workstation

**What Were Looking For**

- Welding experience (MIG spot welding or resistance welding preferred)

- Ability to read simple blueprints or work instructions

- Physically able to stand for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment

- Strong attendance history strict point-based attendance policy at this facility

- Reliable transportation to North Royalton OH 44133

- Able to pass background check and drug screen

**What Youll Earn**

- $15.00$18.00/hour based on welding experience and skill level

- Weekly pay through NECIC Staffing
