Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

- Set up and operate welding equipment including MIG TIG and stick welders

- Weld metal components together using various welding techniques

- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a welding program from a technical school or equivalent experience

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

- Proficiency in MIG TIG and stick welding techniques

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Basic math and measurement skills
