Position: Welder

Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon - Thurs 3:30 pm - 2:00 pm)

Pay: Up to $30/hr (depending on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Wabasha MN

We are seeking a skilled experienced Welder to join our team on 1st shift. As a Welder you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components to create various products with brazing and/or a variety of arc and gas welding. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Read and interpret mechanical drawings blueprints and schematics

- Perform various welding techniques and equipment

- Operate power tools such as grinders saws and drills

- Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.

- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements

- Rig and move materials

- Fill out proper routing information tags counts and other forms as applicable.

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role

- Proficient in a variety of welding techniques and equipment

- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation

- Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings blueprints and schematics

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements

- Ability to rig and move materials
