Job Summary
Position Summary:The Welder is responsible for welding of fabricated parts to print and specifications. Prepare steel cast iron aluminum and stainless-steel material and parts for Youll Do:Prepare steel parts for arc gas or mig welding. Weld materials of limited thickness where finished weld is not improvements for area products and report labor correctly and in a timely good communication and interact professionally in the quality work in the time frame that consistently meets or exceeds the expectation of Team Lead and Group to the 5-S standards in the work any discrepancies or errors on prints materials list with the teams on second and third shift to obtain positive results on productivity and duties as specified by Assembly Lead. Produce and maintain consistent quality of work dress and grind parts after flexibility when confronted with high stress emergency situation priority changes or new safely and in an environmentally responsible manner practice good communications. Recommend improvements for area products and :2-5 years of related experience or School diploma or equivalent technical school skillsWillingness to to demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations priority changes or new to demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement to read/comprehend blueprints/ computer skills
