Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website design and development as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company website including updating content images and videos
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines and implement SEO best practices
- Regularly review and update website policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure website functionality and security
- Develop and maintain website documentation including user guides and training materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Design or a related field
- Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript and other web development languages
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
