Web Designer

We are seeking a creative detail-oriented and user-focused Web Designer to create engaging visually compelling and easy-to-use websites and digital experiences. The Web Designer will work closely with marketing development content and leadership teams to translate business objectives into professional and effective web designs.

This is a full-time position offering $65000$85000 per year depending on experience technical skills portfolio quality and qualifications. Candidates with strong experience in responsive web design UI/UX Figma design systems and modern web technologies may be considered toward the upper end of the compensation range.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience responsive design accessibility and modern web standards.

• Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages across desktop tablet and mobile devices.
• Create wireframes prototypes page layouts mockups and high-fidelity web designs.
• Develop intuitive and visually consistent user experiences.
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Work with marketing and content teams to create landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Create graphics icons banners and other digital assets as needed.
• Maintain consistency across websites digital products and marketing materials.
• Conduct basic user research and use analytics or feedback to improve website experiences.
• Optimize designs for usability accessibility performance and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain and improve existing websites and design systems.
• Stay current with web-design trends technologies accessibility standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.

• 24 years of professional web-design or digital-design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive website and UI design.
• Proficiency with Figma and/or comparable design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography color layout composition and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of user experience and web usability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with WordPress Webflow Shopify or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and modern front-end development concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience creating design systems and reusable UI components.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility principles.
• Experience with SEO and website performance considerations.
• Experience working with marketing e-commerce SaaS or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.

The compensation for this position is $65000$85000 per year depending on experience technical capabilities portfolio quality and qualifications.

Candidates with advanced UI/UX experience strong development knowledge or extensive experience designing high-performing commercial websites may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
