Starting Pay: $20/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Assemblers to join our production team building high-quality modular offices and classrooms. This role involves assembling structural components interiors and finishing elements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have prior experience in construction carpentry or manufacturing assembly and take pride in producing precision work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble modular building components including walls floors ceilings doors and windows
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and work instructions
• Perform measurements cutting fitting and fastening of materials (wood metal drywall etc.)
• Install interior finishes such as insulation trim fixtures and cabinetry
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in modular building prefabrication or RV/mobile unit manufacturing
• Knowledge of basic electrical plumbing or HVAC installation (a plus)
• Forklift or material handling experience
