Candidates MUST be able to interview in person no exceptions. Likely to be a 1 round panel interview with hiring manager plus 2 other team members but there could potentially be a second round interview if the manager feels like it is needed -Assignment duration: Assignment expected to be a 2 year engagement however it will ultimately depend on business need -Hybrid work Schedule (non-negotiable): This position will require in-office work on Tuesday and Wednesday each week with the ability to work remote Monday Thursday and office days are mandatory and cannot be altered. The resource must meet these requirement form the beginning -Candidates MUST be local to the Lansing Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable |
| Job Description | The State of Michigan (SOM) Department of Technology Management & Budget (DTMB) Agency Services MDOT team is seeking to hire a Web Accessibility Analyst to conduct reviews for adherence with the SOM Digital Standards for Websites and Applications which include standards for branding and digital accessibility. The contract has potential to extend beyond 2 years based upon SOMs needs.
Job Duties Conduct reviews of SOM websites and applications and documents for adherence with the SOM Digital Standards for Websites and Applications
Provide results to application support teams and stakeholders and meet with teams to explain results Work closely with eMichigan team members to ensure processes are followed and optimized Other duties as assigned
