A highly regarded wealth management organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Wealth Planning Associate to join its growing Wealth Planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professionalor a motivated professional looking to transition into wealth planningto build hands-on experience working alongside experienced Wealth Planners and supporting sophisticated client relationships.

The Wealth Planning Associate will partner closely with Wealth Planners to help develop personalized financial plans coordinate client needs prepare for meetings and ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service. The position offers meaningful exposure to the full wealth-planning process and the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility within client relationships.

What Youll Do
  • Partner closely with Wealth Planners to support day-to-day client relationships and planning needs

  • Assist with the development and analysis of comprehensive financial plans

  • Gather organize and maintain client financial information and documentation

  • Prepare materials and financial-planning information for new and existing client meetings

  • Attend client meetings capture detailed notes and coordinate follow-up items

  • Assist with onboarding new client relationships

  • Respond to routine client questions and provide high-quality responsive service

  • Collaborate with professionals across portfolio management trust and client service functions

  • Prepare and organize wealth-planning documentation and agreements

  • Assist clients with financial-planning technology and portal-related questions

  • Utilize financial-planning software to model and evaluate clients financial goals and circumstances

  • Develop the knowledge and experience needed to take on increasing responsibility within client relationships

What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Financial Planning Business or a related field

  • Approximately 05 years of professional experience

  • Previous wealth management financial planning financial services or client-service experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate

  • Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in wealth planning

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional polished and comfortable interacting with clients

  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams

  • Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • High degree of integrity accountability and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to wealth management or financial planning

  • Experience with eMoney or similar financial-planning software

  • CFP certification progress toward certification or interest in pursuing the designation

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30 AM5:30 PM Monday through Friday. The position follows a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week onsite in the Greater Philadelphia/Main Line area.
