WaterWastewater Project Manager

RESPEC seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in our Water market sector located in Colorado Springs Loveland and Denver Colorado.

Qualifications :

Required:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain within six (6) months
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and delivering water and wastewater engineering projects
• Demonstrated experience managing project scopes schedules budgets and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong knowledge of water treatment wastewater treatment collection systems distribution systems and pumping facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication client management and leadership skills
• Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel

Preferred:

• Experience developing and leading professional service proposals and project pursuits
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate repeat business
• Experience managing project financial performance and supporting backlog growth
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling CAD design and project management software
• Active participation in professional organizations and industry conferences

Additional Information :

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $100000 to $155000 Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
