Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan coordinate and execute construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
This position will support the Water/Wastewater division managing projects primarily throughout the DallasFort Worth (DFW) area and North Texas. Projects may occasionally extend into surrounding North Texas communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction project scheduling budgeting and coordination.
- Lead subcontractors vendors and internal project teams.
- Monitor project budgets cost forecasts and overall financial performance.
- Review and interpret contracts drawings specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate meetings with clients subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders.
- Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and contract requirements.
- Track project progress and address issues affecting schedule budget or quality.
- Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through final completion.
- Oversee project closeout and final documentation.
- Support successful delivery of Water/Wastewater construction projects throughout North Texas.
Qualifications
- 710 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with Water/Wastewater or infrastructure construction preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration.
- Experience managing subcontractors vendors and project teams.
- Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage project schedules budgets documentation and competing priorities.

- Starting compensation of approximately $110000 annually depending on experience.
