Waterproofing Technicians

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Waterproofing Technicians for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity in Huntsville AL. This position offers steady high-hour work schedules of 6070 hours per week typically working 7 days per week with some Sundays off.

Pay ranges $20/hr depending on experience with strong earning potential due to consistent overtime.

This work requires individuals who are dependable safety-focused and able to meet federal base access requirements.

• Perform waterproofing caulking and water intrusion prevention work

• Assist with roofing-related waterproofing applications

• Seal joints cracks and penetrations to prevent moisture intrusion

• Work safely on commercial and federal job sites

• Follow all safety regulations and site-specific requirements

• Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards

• Prior experience in roofing caulking waterproofing or water intrusion repair preferred

• Valid Real ID

• Must pass a drug screen and federal level background check

• Ability to work extended hours (6070 hours/week)
