Job Summary
What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a Project Manager youll take the lead in shaping critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects that make a real difference in communities. From concept through completion youll drive every phaseplanning design and delivery while guiding high-performing multidisciplinary teams to success.
In this role youll build and strengthen client relationships serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor. Youll balance technical excellence with financial and operational performance ensuring projects are delivered efficiently on time and to the highest standards.

Projected Compensation $160 - $180
What Youll Do:
- Drive project execution strategies proactively identifying risks resolving challenges and implementing solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Develop and monitor detailed project work plans budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient use of time and financial performance.
- Lead client presentations workshops and stakeholder meetings translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations permitting requirements and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Oversee contract management activities including scope development negotiations change orders and documentation.
- Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices innovative technologies and process enhancements across projects.
- Partner with business development teams to identify new opportunities contribute to proposals and support project pursuits and interviews.
- Monitor project financials including forecasting invoicing and profitability analysis ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering environmental planning and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients providing guidance on long-term infrastructure planning capital improvement programs and system optimization.
