Hiring immediately for Water Spider on 1stshift (5:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m.)!
What We Offer You:
- Starting Hourly Rate $19.00 based on experience.

- Quarterly attendance bonuses.
The Water Spider performs tasks that are necessary to the production process by independently aiding in the fabrication inspection and packaging of component parts and products.
- Read and understand pick sheets to pull parts for assembly.
- Gather and check quality of parts equipment and assembled product at every step in the assembly process and notify supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.
- Unload brazed units to conveyor to welders and send parts to assembly to prepare units for shipment by constructing skids and boxes as required. Cut surge tube change blades paints stencils and affixes nameplates as required.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of tools and equipment provided.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area.
- Comply with all the ISO 9001 Quality standards policies and procedures of API.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude and a functional knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to navigate computer systems used to manage and track orders (Plex)
- Meet required Quality standards of your position and level.
- Meet required Productivity standards of your position and level.
- Standing:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 812 hours per shift).
- Walking:
- Frequent walking throughout the production floor.
- Lifting and Carrying:
- Regularly lift and carry up to 2550 pounds.
- Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment.
- Pushing and Pulling:
- Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts equipment or materials.
- Repetitive Motions:
- Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g. assembling sorting packaging).
- Manual Dexterity:
- Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools.
- Climbing:
- Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas.
- Visual and Hearing Requirements:
- Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels safety signs and equipment gauges.
- Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.
- Environmental Tolerance:
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot cold or humid conditions).
- Exposure to noise dust odors and manufacturing chemicals.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
