What Youll Do as a Water Service Technician

• Service and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems to keep them running efficiently.
• Diagnose water system problems troubleshoot issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Install new water softeners filtration systems and other water treatment equipment as needed.
• Recommend repairs upgrades or replacements that help customers improve their water quality.
• Educate customers on their water treatment systems answer questions and address concerns.
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing dependable service and a positive customer experience.
• Manage daily service calls independently while coordinating with the office support team and other regional technicians.

Our Ideal Water Service Technician

• Mechanical Aptitude: 2 years of experience in a technician mechanical HVAC plumbing or electrical role with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Problem-Solver: Enjoy figuring out whats wrong finding practical solutions and getting equipment working properly again.
• Independent & Organized: Manage service calls keep track of job details and work confidently on your own while staying connected with the team.
• Customer-Focused Communicator: Explain technical issues clearly answer questions and help customers understand their repair and upgrade options.
• Ready for Hands-On Work: Comfortable standing lifting up to 75 pounds and occasionally climbing ladders; possess a valid drivers license clean driving record and basic computer and smartphone software skills.
