• Leadandassistinthedevelopmentofnewandimprovedtreatmentprocesses.
• Lead and assists direct sales and operations in the design of process flow consumable usage and equipment layout for water treatment projects.
• Integralpartofthesalesandoperationsteaminadditiontoleadingtheengineeringgroup.
• Analyzesoperatingproceduresandfielddatatohelpoptimizetreatmentprocess.
• ServeasSubjectMatterExpertfororganizationforGACResin reverse osmosis and deionizationandhighpurityapplications.
• As neededassist in on-site operation whichmayincludeperformingtestsandrecording performance values throughout water treatment system.
• Applyprinciplesofchemical engineeringtosolveclientproblems.
• Workswithlocaloperationstoimproveandmanageenvironmentalandsafetyprocedures andpractices.
• Develops process improvements and identifies required chemicals parts and equipment to achieve project goals.
• Developtechnicalprojectsummariesforclientandmarketinguse.
• Providessupportinthedevelopmentofstandardoperatingprocedures.
• Assists insalesprocesswhichmayincludeclient-facingactivities.
• ProvidestechnicalsupporttoEH&Sinitiatives.
• Participatesinallsafetyenvironmentalandteammeetings/programsasappropriate.
• PerformsworkpracticesthatpositivelyimpactSafetyandEnvironmentalperformance.
• Performsotherdutiesasrequired.

• Abilitytoutilizetestingequipmenttomakeprocesschanges.
• Abilitytocompleteassignedtasksindependently.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
