• Lead and perform water fire mold and other restoration services
• Coordinate daily job-site activities and supervise Restoration Technicians
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets SERVPRO quality standards
• Provide customers with clear professional communication throughout the project
• Maintain accurate job documentation including photos notes equipment and work performed
• Manage labor equipment materials and consumables on assigned projects
• Communicate job progress changes and issues with Project Managers and office staff
• Maintain a clean safe and professional job site
• Protect and properly maintain company vehicles equipment and other assets
• Train coach and develop Restoration Technicians
• Follow all SERVPRO procedures and OSHA safety requirements

• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
• Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration cleaning construction or a related field
• Previous experience leading a crew or running restoration jobs preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to lead others and take ownership of assigned projects
• Dependable organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Work in attics crawl spaces and other confined areas
• Repeatedly lift carry push and pull equipment and materials
• Safely work with and around cleaning and restoration products
