Washer Loader Glass Shop

Performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce windows either in Vinyl or Aluminum plants by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRemoves glass from A-Frame Cart or Rack Sets glass on conveyor belt of washer Picks up specific LowE glass and runs all four sides through an edge delete table before setting on washer conveyor Changes the water filters on the washer as needed Flushes the water tanks at the end of each shift/day Changes the air filters on the washer as needed Tests the LowE detector at the beginning of each shift Delivers carts to Glass Washer Ensures that equipment used is operable and maintained May be required to works at different work stations as production needs require. Works in environment where tasks change as varying models of product are produced. Cleans equipment floors and work areas according to safety be required to work overtime as business needs require. Other duties may be assigned.
