The Warehouse Clerk will follow all OSHA safety standards for operating motorized pallet jacks forklifts reach trucks and clamp trucks.

This position is required to be onsite in our Production Facility in Tempe AZ.

Available Shifts

1st Shift 6 am 2 pm

2nd Shift - 2 pm - 10 pm

What You Will Do:

• Attention to detail is required. All paperwork must be 100% accurate when handling jobs

• Complete all work in timely manner to meet carrier pick up times (USPS PB FedEx UPS DHL Carrier)

• Keeps production areas stocked

• Assist with ordering necessary materials to ensure proper inventory levels

• Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills

• Clean and organized

• Ability to handle various warehouse motorized equipment safely and effectively

• Good communication skills

• Recognizes when to notify Production Supervisor of any shipping problems paperwork issues or carrier delays

• Supports production staff in all departments

• Follows all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job position and department accurately.

• Follows established HIPAA Compliance & Security policies & department policies procedures work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring to Zelis:

• Experience in a shipping environment preferred but not required

• Able to read and interpret documents such as paperwork safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

• Must have basic computer skills (data entry etc.).

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required

Physical Factors & Requirements:

• Stand for long periods of time

• Operate motorized equipment safely

• Frequent bending and stooping required

• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more

• Ability to push large paper rolls

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Use standard office equipment

• Must be able to maintain good attendance

• Must be willing to work overtime as needed significant overtime may be required during busy periods (November/December/January)
