Job Description:

Summary

The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers and support
continuous improvement in workplace security and maintenance programs.

Essential Functions

• Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control surveillance and alarm monitoring
• Oversee incident response investigations and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
• Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades risk assessments and emergency response plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Update SOPs as required and review weekly cost.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Required
• Assumes personal responsibility for actions Required

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Management Preferred
• H.S. Diploma/GED Required
• Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred) Required
• Microsoft Office and PowerBI Intermediate Required
• Security software (Lenel/Milestone) Intermediate Preferred
