Volt is hiring a Warehouse worker/Manual Machinist in Tracy CA.

• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely using warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Ensure products are handled and stored properly.
• Keep warehouse areas clean organized and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with returns restocking and other warehouse projects as assigned.
• You are seeking a Warehouse Worker with a minimum of 2 years of screen-printing experience.
• Candidates should have experience operating both manual and automatic press machines.
• Strong math skills are required along with experience in picking packing pulling orders and printing.
• Forklift experience is not required but would be a plus.
• Experience working in an industrial B2B environment is preferred. Candidates with only hobby or home-based screen-printing experience would not be the best fit.
• Experience with burning screens or ink mixing is not required as training will be provided.

This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity! 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift carry and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following OSHA guidelines.
• Experience with inventory control receiving and shipping processes preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
