The Stratospheric ISR business unit within Ondas Sentinel is focused on one of the most unique mission areas in aerospace and defense: manufacturing andoperatinghigh-altitude stratospheric balloon systems. Few companies in the world can do this workat operationalscale. That means our teams arenot simplymaintainingexisting systems; they are building new capabilities solving first-of-their-kind challenges and helping define what persistent.
A stockroom intern supports inventory management by organizing shelves and tracking stock. The role bridges classroom knowledge with practical supply chain experience focusing on accuracy data entry andmaintaininga clean safe work environment to ensure production teams have the materials theyneed..
Inventory Control: Conduct periodic cycle counts and verify physical stock against digital records.
Order Fulfillment: Retrieve parts or merchandise from the stockroom to fulfill requests from production teams.
Database Management:Utilizeinventory software or ERP systems to log and update inventory changes.
Maintenance: Ensure the stockroomcomplies withsafety standards keeping aisles clear and storage areas well-organized
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school or college program (often focusing on Supply Chain Business or Logistics).
Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic IT tools data entry and inventory/ERP systems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit stand or walk for extended periods andfrequentlylift or move up to 50 lbs.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail organizational skills and effective communication.
