Warehouse Team Lead

Days and Shift Information

• 1st Shift 6AM-230PM Flexibility for OT as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily order processing activities to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order status and priorities.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet operational and customer needs.
• Ensure documentation and system entries are accurate and completed on time.
• Promote teamwork safety and a positive work environment on the warehouse floor.

Work Environment

• Clean safe and state-of-the-art warehouse facility
• Requires standing walking bending twisting and lifting up to 33 lbs.
• Safety-driven environment with continuous improvement expectations

Qualifications :

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• Minimum of one year of equivalent work experience and/or training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Email Word Excel)
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong document control data entry and administrative skills
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and order processing

Additional Information :

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $19.20 per hour
• Accrue up to five days PTO in the first year
