Lead people technology and financial resources to meet business objectives.
Identify and implement potential improvements in processes or products develop innovative concepts and take calculated risks to achieve desired results.
Recognize development needs create opportunities for colleagues and manage the performance of both direct and indirect reports.
Oversee work teams ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing operations and manage packaging material stores and warehouses per cGMP and EHS requirements.
Monitor shipping and receiving operations supervise storage and dispatch of finished goods and drive continuous improvement and optimization activities related to warehousing.
Manage and monitor the warehousing and freight budget identify operational and financial improvement opportunities and collaborate with quality EHS and security experts to ensure compliance.
Prepare training plans and provide guidance to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a masters degree with more than 1 year of experience; OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with System Application and Products (SAP).
Experience in inventory management concepts.
Demonstrated ability to manage people and projects.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in manufacturing investigations and CAPA implementation.
Skilled in the shipping and receiving of materials and products within a regulated environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to develop and mentor team members.
Experience using common AI tools including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices includingrisk management and ethical use

If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. There will be no change to your current work location.
