Job Summary
Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure the safe efficient and accurate movement storage and distribution of materials and finished goods.
This role oversees inventory management receiving storage order fulfillment shipping and logistics activities while driving operational excellence safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Warehouse Supervisor provides both strategic and hands-on leadership ensuring high levels of customer service inventory accuracy productivity and cost efficiency.
This position plays a critical role in supporting business objectives through effective warehouse management team development and cross-functional collaboration.
This position supports first-shift schedule:
Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.
What will you do
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving put away inventory management order fulfillment and shipping activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customer requirements.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance resolving issues optimizing warehouse layouts and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with safety quality and operational standards while fostering a strong culture of workplace safety.
Lead coach and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety quality productivity and cost objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Supply Chain Transportation and Customer Service to ensure seamless operational execution.
Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency service levels and cost performance.

What qualifications will make you successful
Bachelors Degree preferred not required.
Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
3 years of relevant experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment with at least 2 of these years in a leadership role (leading teams of 15).
Strong understanding of material logistics processes inventory accuracy/systems and production/order requirements.
Experience with ERP & WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) preferred)
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean 5S Kaizen Six Sigma DMAIC).
Experience supporting audits compliance programs and operational standardization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
