Warehouse Supervisor E

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in inventory control including cycle counting slotting replenishment and multi-site inventory management
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results in areas such as inventory accuracy cost reduction and service levels
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority
• Solid project management experience with the ability to prioritize manage multiple initiatives and drive execution to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to interpret data identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (BPCS preferred) with a focus on process and system improvements
• Demonstrated leadership capability including coaching accountability and driving performance across teams
• Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with longer-term process improvement and strategic initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas progress and recommendations to leadership
• Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and standards
• Understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions including inventory accuracy freight cost and process efficiency
• Demonstrated potential to grow into broader operational leadership roles
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations Management or related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
• 5 years of experience in distribution warehousing or logistics operations required
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Other duties as assigned
