Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Position SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe efficient and accurate receipt storage and shipment of finished goods and materials. This position leads warehouse team members maintains inventory accuracy supports production and distribution schedules and promotes a culture of safety quality and continuous Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse employees during the shift or other shifts as timely and accurate shipping receiving storage and inventory control workflow and staffing levels to meet production and customer service company policies safety procedures GMPs and OSHA daily warehouse inspections and address safety concerns coach and develop warehouse personnel to improve performance and employee performance evaluations and administer corrective action when with production transportation maintenance and customer service teams to ensure operational and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and physical accurate warehouse records and reports using warehouse management systems and company proper housekeeping and organization throughout the continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality efficiency and cost in department meetings and communicate company objectives to team other duties as school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree of 35 years of warehouse experience of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse manufacturing or distribution environment with inventory management systems and warehouse leadership communication and problem-solving to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced in Microsoft Office including Excel and certification or ability to obtain RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended to lift up to 50 pounds to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures noise levels and moving to climb stairs bend stoop and reach as needed.
