Warehouse Picking Packing Assocaite 2nd Shift

**Job Summary:**
The Warehouse Stow position involves locating a cart scanning the cart ID to find a location to stow 50-150 units with a focus on accuracy and proficiency. The role requires meeting production standards of 150 Units per hour. Training and individual coaching will be provided to help associates achieve the required Units per hour. Warehouse location is in Redlands Ca.

Two different Full Time Shifts available

Friday through Tuesday

Saturday through Wednesday

2:00pm - 10:30pm OT 12:30am

Payrate 18.50/hr

2nd Shift Full Time

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
- Ability to operate scanning equipment and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items as needed.
- Willingness to receive training and coaching for performance improvement.

**Responsibilities:**
- Locate a cart and scan the cart ID to identify a suitable location for stowing 50-150 units.
- Ensure accurate and efficient placement of units in designated locations.
- Meet the production standard of 150 Units per hour.
- Participate in training sessions and one-on-one coaching to improve stowing performance.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Note:** This is a physical role that requires repetitive tasks and attention to detail. Successful candidates will receive support and guidance to help them achieve performance targets.
